14-day right of return
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Exchange of damaged products
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days via info@saadmedical.com or +966 13 882 6666 — we'll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Return process
1. Email info@saadmedical.com with your order number. 2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. 3. Ship the product back to us. 4. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
What can't be returned
Used or opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.
